Our annual retreat to re-discover the Wise Women within. Once again we are looking at transitions in lives that are constantly changing as we age, no matter the number of years! We explore the options, ask the questions and delve into possibilities, all in the lush, warm, transforming setting of Jamaica and the Caribbean Sea. This is a week to nourish body, mind, and spirit. Wise Women activities include memoir-writing exercises in the form of poetry or prose, and projects designed for reflection using natural materials collected from the environment. Swimming and water aerobics are part of each day. Early morning yoga is encouraged. Hiking is offered and several trips into the surrounding countryside, to the village market, Treasure Beach, Font Hill, or Negril. Optional massage available.
